HY-Plugins has released HY-TP2, an update of the freeware tremolo and auto-pan effect by HY-Plugins.HY-TP2 comes with an improved, resizable user interface, two additional LFO shapes and a LFO phase knob for precise timing adjustments. The envelope follower and soft clipper from the previous version are no longer found in version 2.

Located on the left-hand side of the user interface is the Mod Wave section with the LFO waveform selection panel (sinewave, triangle, ramp up, ramp down, log up, log down, square, and random), a phase adjustment knob, and a smoothing knob which smooths out the shape of the selected waveform.

The Tremolo/Panner section features the modulation rate, modulation depth, and modulation width knobs. The width knob affects the plugin’s behavior as a tremolo or a stereo auto-pan effect. The filter section features a pair of one filters (low-shelf and high-shelf). Finally, the Output section features the output volume dial.

make some music now has released One Track Orchestra, a free orchestral VSTi oriented towards beginners and songwriters who need an easy tool to sketch their orchestral productions.

This instrument puts a complete orchestra on a single track of the DAW. Users can add strings, brass, woodwinds and even percussion at the same time, using only one MIDI channel. FB-3200

FB-3200, a freeware emulation of the Free Korg PS-3200 VST Plugin vintage analog synthesizer.
Following the recent release of the FB-3300 synthesizer and its predecessor, the FB-3100, Full Bucket Music continues ahead with its efforts of resurrecting rare, old Korg synthesizers in plug-in format. The subject of reincarnation this time is the KORG PS-3200 semi-modular synth from 1978. The original instrument’s behavior and controls have been faithfully recreated, FBM claims. That’s also evident from the synthesizer’s interface, which straight-up looks the part.
Other things the FB-3200 has to show synthesizer lovers are band-limited oscillators, classic lowpass filters, an equalizer section, a pair of modulation generators, and a paraphonic envelope generator. The semi-modular design has been upgraded with micro-tuning options and further tweaks like a 4-pole lowpass filter and adjustable resonators. The plugin also responds to note velocity, unlike its hardware counterpart. All parameters are controllable via MIDI CC. A user manual can be downloaded in English and French as well. Like all Full Bucket Music Plugins, the FB-3200 was coded in native C++ to ensure low CPU consumption and stable performance.

Molekules

Molekules is a soundscape generator with ten preset sounds which were created by running a piano sample into the MOLEKULAR modular multi-effects plug-in by Native Instruments. The resulting sounds were resampled, edited, and used as the sound source in this free virtual instrument. Molekules was put together using Maize Sampler, a piece of standalone software that enables easy creation of sample-based instrument plugins.
Quite experimental and unusual to begin with, the sounds in Molekules can be further shaped and adjusted with an ADSR envelope, Pan, and Gain controls; in addition to modulation via LFO with options for Rate, Depth, Waveform, and Destination. Finally, there are two built-in effects: Reverb and Pitch-shift. Whereas the controls are indeed somewhat limited, as is the case with all Maize Sampler creations due to the nature of the software, the modulation features and the built-in reverb do indeed allow for some versatility when editing the factory sounds.

Retrox, a free sample-based rompler VST/AU plugin featuring the classic sounds of analog synthesizers. It is a rompler instrument with thirteen multi-sampled patches of this exact kind, sourced from unnamed equipment. They cover some classic strings and pads that work well in the mix and don’t use almost any CPU resources because the instrument is sample-based.
Retrox was made with Maize Sampler. This means that the sound adjustment options are somewhat limited, but you can still customize the sounds a bit using the provided ADSR envelope, HP/LP filtering, LFO, Reverb, Panning, Gliding, Amplitude, and Voice Mode controls.
